You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is fraudulent or harmful, and you must provide accurate information when placing an order.
3. Products, Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. As plants are living products, the exact size, shape and leaf pattern of the plant you receive may vary slightly from the photographs. Descriptions and prices (in Bangladeshi Taka, BDT) are shown as accurately as possible but may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a pricing or stock error has occurred.
4. Living Plants & Care
Plants are living products whose ongoing health depends on the care they receive after delivery. Each order ships with basic care guidance. Beyond our delivery and replacement policy, Shobuj Ghor is not responsible for a plant's condition once it has been cared for by you.
5. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via the methods shown at checkout (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card through our payment partner). Online payments are collected in full at checkout; COD is collected at the time of delivery.
6. Delivery & Packing
Plants are watered, potted and cushioned before dispatch. Delivery times and charges are estimates shown at checkout and may vary with location, demand and courier conditions outside our control. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct, as we may call to confirm your order before dispatch.
7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. If a plant or item arrives damaged, unhealthy, wrong or defective, contact us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or refund. Due to their living and perishable nature, plants that are healthy on arrival are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
8. Privacy & Your Data

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, product images, logos and graphics, belongs to Shobuj Ghor or its suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shobuj Ghor shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or services. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
